Made a chicken curry and will make chapatis with it when it is ready. Sometimes make a lamb curry too.Interested to know what kind of curry's you make and what you put in?Like to try something different and away from the usual.Can you give me some advice please!

spinach and potato curry
I've got a beef rendang simmering away.

Why are you defining your 'curry' by the meat you are using?
Eccless thats a very 1970's thing to do - isn't it - I remember my mother saying its chicken curry or lamb or beef.
Prawns- did this (more or less) the other day and it turned out quite nice.

FGT was it mandatory in the 70's for curry to be served in a ring of rice???? My mother seemed to think so.........

And don't get me started on the grated apple and raisins she added.

That style was dictated by the curry experts at Vesta foods. Just add water and boil.

I had Murgh Dhaniya Korma on room service in (I think) Delhi and asked for the recipe because it was so good. I haven`t tried making it yet :-

Coriander seed 100gm
Cashewnut paste 500gm
Ginger garlic paste 50gm
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder
Oil
Khada masala (whole spices)
Coriander roots
Coconut milk (guest preference)
Chicken boneless

1. Roast grind coriander seed and roots to a fine paste
2. Take oil in a handi add ginger garlic paste and khada masala
3. Add coriander paste, saute
4. Add water
5. Add cashewnut paste
6. Adjust seasoning by salt, red chilli powder
7. Add boneless cicken and cook
8. Add coconut milk
9. Serve with rice or indian breads
