Glazed Carrots
Serves 4
Glazed carrots are a tasty addition to any Sunday roast; they are tender, sweet and crisp, a perfect combination of flavour and texture. Glazed carrots are simple to make and won’t take much longer then just boiling them, but the difference in taste is phenomenal, even the fussiest of eaters enjoys them.
The carrots caramelize in butter and sugar which bring out all their natural sweetness as well as coating them in a light buttery glaze.
