return money on underground tickets
last Sat I bought 2 underground tickets- singles- Victoria to Kings Cross no dear just �8.when we got to the underground the Victorialine was closed and so many people were millig arouind the entrance for the circle line & just looking for alternative routes that we couldnt get past them, we had no alternative but to take a taxi to reach our train in time.
I have the unused tickets can I claim the money back and how ?I know its no a large amount but why should London Transport have it ?
