I need to insert,into a Word doc,the symbol that says 'up one level' ie the black right-angled upward pointing arrow in a yellow box.
Any idea where I can find one?

It's OK I've managed it using the drawing tools.

Alternatively, you could have used Character Map: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Character_Map

Lots of weird and wonderful symbols are available...
