Hey everyone,

I wanted to know if anyone wanted to help me in my search for answers about Albert Bandura and his Social Cognitive Theory. I want to use it to describe Perry Smith from Truman Capote's "In Cold Blood". My teacher says I can, but I wanted to know if you think I am wrong in saying that Albert Bandura's theory in short strokes is about:

If you see your parents fight, use violence towards you and aggressional behaviour in general as a way of solving problems, then the child might think that that is a proper way of doing it. A way that will have a great impact on his behaviour for the rest of his life.

Isn't that right?

Thank you very much,
