Can a nursing student be kick off their course for a fixed penalty fine in Scotland?

I recently received a fixed penalty fine of £40 for urinating in an ally on a night out (as embarrassing as that is). I was wondering if, as a first year nursing student, this would get me kicked off the course?

Oddly enough I am supposed to notify my ex employers who I am receiving a pension from if I am arrested or even commit a parking offence.
I do not know if they could legally stop my pension if say I was arrested in error and immediately released.
My friend who is a police officer and was on duty at the time got arrested in error.

You have to notify them at the beginning of second year (and third) if you hve any change in your record.
Id 100% admit that you had a fixed penalty. They will want you to be honest. I dont think you will be kicked off for it but you should declare. A few on my course admitted fines for driving offences and didnt have any trouble and were now qualified x
