NVQ 4 in management

I have an employee who says they have passed their NVQ in Management, does anybody know what an NVQ 4 in management certificate looks like? Ive tried searching online.

I have exactly that qualification myself, do you want me to describe the certificate so you can verify that they have it? Mine was run via the Institute of Management, so it has their logo on the top, plus the signatures of their director general and chair of management development committee on it, plus of course the name of the qualification, my candidate number and name, and the date it was issued. At the bottom it has the simbol of the qualifications and curriculum authority and thats about it. Its on thick textured paper, A4 size. I would not presume that all such certificates would look identical though.

i dont think it is any different to NVQ 3 certificate, take it to your local college and ask them to verify that this is a true certificate
