I suspect what others are hinting at is that a good teaching assistant has to be able to get children to develop their questions, so that they become more meaningful. e.g. if asked "Can you help me with my story please, Miss", a teaching assistant will need to ask "What do you want to write your story about?", "Who do you want to be in it?", "What are the people like?", etc, etc.
Your question, as it stands, is still at the "Can you help me with my story please, Miss" stage, rather than being properly developed by telling us exactly which parts of the form you need help with.
However, given that a large number of members of this site are (or have been) teachers, there should be plenty of help available if you ask a more carefully constructed question.
