Harassment at work?
Hi
I'll try and keep this succinct but would appreciate advice.
I work for a large company with a large IT infrastructure.
At a works 'do' one night I took my camera from home.
During the course of the evening it is my belief that a revealing and embarrasing photo was somehow removed off of my camera and is now circulating on company email.
The image is not pornographic in nature nor complete nudity but highly embarrassing.
I have no proof of a copy in existence only actions of those around me at work which leads me to believe. One of those being a boss a level or 2 higher than my immediate superior.
We have a separate company who supply our email and if they kept copies of email for various reasons they may be able to investigate find out if I have been the subject of ridicule across the place. If this is the case surely it is unethical, a breach of trust and invasion of privacy at the very least. The photo on the camera would have taken some looking through to find and to then get it downloaded is highly imaginative and deceitful.
I would appreciate any advice on any steps I could take?
Thanks.

Sexual Harrassment comes in many guises nowadys and is not just about being "touched up" or leared at in a sexual way. You need to enter "sexual Harrassment" in the search bar and there are loads of sites that will tell you exactly what is and what is not sexual harrassment. You need to also make a complaint in writing (check out the grievance procedure on line too) to your superiors and tell them you expect a full investigation. As it is a large company they should look into it straight away and sort it out fairly quickly. If they do not and you follow the grievance procedure all the way, you will be able to take them to tribinal for constructive dismissal. Going thru something similar at the moment and have been on to CAB and spoken to ACAS several times. The law is on your side when it comes to matters such as these and you should not let people like that get away with it. Good luck!
