It appears that ABers have let this one slip under their radar. Probably too busy posting sick comments about POTUS and the first lady.
I recall this gob on a stick was quite vociferous during the Cummins/Castle Barnard saga in her condemnation but feels she is entitled to spread her disease around knowing she may have symptoms and travelling by train from Scotland to Westminster whilst waiting a test result which subsequently came back positive. Knowing she had tested positive she makes a second train journey back to Scotland.
Anything to say Canary? Due you think this poor excuse for decent humanity may be a closet 'Tory Brit' as well?
This one certainly needs investigation and prosecution by Police Scotland.Removing the whip from her is not enough Sturgeon.!

The First Miniature is said to be quivering with rage, actually her everyday resting state, and will deal with her in due course.
She already had enough on her plate yesterday fending off attacks over her actions or lack of in the Alex Salmond case just past.
Her husband is also coming under scrutiny for what might be interpreted by some as rabble rousing over the same case.
Ferrier made the mistake of being in the wrong party for entitlement but who knows, there may yet be a place for her as an influencer in the Tory ranks. Dominic can't sustain forever.

She says it was "a mistake." A mistake is putting two sweeteners in my coffee instead of one. Doing an 800 mile round trip carrying the virus is not a mistake. It is a blatant and irresponsible flouting of the rules under which we are currently governed. She should resign immediately. But don't hold your breath.
//Well if the Commons Authority also knew about it before it was made public and when she attended parliament, the Speaker could also be in trouble.//

//On Wednesday afternoon, she told Grady that she had tested positive for coronavirus herself, but it was assumed that the test had been done when she returned to Scotland. It was only on Thursday that it emerged that she had in fact been tested on Saturday. It is also understood that the first minister, Nicola Sturgeon, was told about Ferrier’s actions following FMQs on Thursday afternoon.//
The Speaker and ,in fact, no one else knew she had symptoms before travelling to Westminster and were unaware she had been tested positive until she returned to Scotland. It says in the link, due to her duplicity, they assumed she was tested after her return to Scotland .
How can the speaker be in trouble ,under those circumstances, if she deliberately kept it quiet?

Her hypocrisy is a good reminder of the whole Cummings episode, however:

Margaret Ferrier carried on in a contagious state not only in Parliament but also on public trains even after being diagnosed. Was she trying to close down Westminster? Cummings drove him and his missus, in his car, with no danger to the public to a remote spot for a bit of nookie without the sprog being in the way. When rumbled he said he needed his eyes tested. True. Have you seen her? Mind you she needs hers tested as well.

> Cummings drove him and his missus, in his car, with no danger to the public
There was a danger to the public. We are supposed to believe he never stopped for a break on his round trip from London to Durham. And in Barnard Castle he was walking around, not in his car the whole time. And during lockdown. But he's still in his job, despite that fact that unlike Ferrier he could have been easily removed from it by his boss.
