Camomile Lawn

We planted a Camomile lawn in spring this year. Part of it is thriving, but one area appears to be dying during the last few weeks, with the plants apparently shrinking away, leaving brown stems.
Any advice, anyone?? The lawn wasn't cheap, and we don't want to lose it!!
