Has anybody seen the Japanese fim Audition. If so has anybody got any idea what it was all about. I think I understand most of it but in particular who was the bloke in the bag and also why did he have 3 fingers missing? I think I can find a reason for most of the stuff i.e. no feet so he cant leave, no touge so he cant lie but I have no idea why just 3 fingers.

It's been a while since I seen it but I recall that it blatantly states that the female lead put the guy in the bag. Think of it as a feminist revenge movie. Just slightly off-skew with two endings as we consider who is control.

Thanks, but without wanting to sound ungreatfull you didnt really answer the question. I understand it was a feinist revenge film and that the femal lead put the bloke in the bag but I dont understand why he had 3 fingers removed. The feet because he cant go away, the tounge so he cant lie but the fingers dont seem to be in there, there is talk of touching her but then why not the whole hand just like its not toes and just the whole foot. Anyway thanks for at least answering.
