how do you get rid of really thick gloss on radiators, i eman really thick???? i have tried sanding it but dnt seem to be having much luck? any ideas??/
to do the job to any reasonable sort of level will involve a few hours of work and i assume its an older rad so if you cost out your time you will find little difference in the cost of a replacement rad which will look better and should be more efficient
a possible drawback is replacing like for like but there is a slight difference in the pipework positions and that could be awkward
