Gail and Joe - Corrie

This stupid story line is driving me mad!! They could have made it a decent story, but its gone way over the top with Gail giving different stories to different people. Aaarrggggghhhh. AM I the only one bothered about it??

I think Gail looks older than her mother Audrey, must be all the stress and worry over Joe.

I agree that this storyline is ridiculous, Joe would not have sprung the story on her last minute and they would have agreed between them re what he would do once he disappeared, but he quickly mumbled something about contacting her in a few weeks time! It is just ridiculous and now she is trying to cover up the fact that he disappeared???? Why? What did she think she would tell Tina?
Yes I heard that she is going to be accused of his murder when they find the body.
I hate it when scripwriters change the personality of characters as they seem to have done with the relatively sane Gail, just to fit in with the storyline, normally Corrie is not too bad with this type of thing, but they have surpassed themselves with this one.
And don't get me started with the comedy Dev and Sunita storyline, it is so funny (not) that I have split my sides laughing......
All I can say is RIP Blanche you are sadly missed from Corrie, she was a genuinely funny character.
