Hi SS - I must be a right prude, I was shocked when my five year old came home from a friend's house (the mother is my good friend who doesn't wear make-up, etc) and she had her toe nails painted - she loved it though! Who in their right mind thinks, hm, tiny baby, change nappy, feed, paint toenails?
You're by no means a prude, I was shocked when I seen it!
The baby must of been asleep when they put it on as I would imagine a baby would be wriggling around therefore making it impossible to put the nail polish on!
I agree pinki, same as previous episodes telling us the same things about the brides and their dresses..Was a bit crap.
Sorry if this is offensive but the man kept saying they are honourable men..Maybe it's just me but i don't find how they "grab" women very "honorable"
I think they have their own culture!...........that would be fine with me, if they paid taxes as we all do!..............until then, I do not approve of them!..........no wonder they have lots of cash!.......if I lived that way, then so would I!..................
They say their husbands/husbands to be do not want to be filmed as they fear it would affect their scrap metal business, not knwing much about scrap metal, would the money earned from this really cover the costs of the dresses, limos etc??
A settled traveller family rent a house down the road and I've lost track of the amount of times I have heard and seen their sons( who cannot be more than 5) run after people in the street asking do they have any spare scrap metal to sell..
Apparently a lot of Irish travellers have complained to channel 4 about it in regards how they have been depicted and want channel 4 to give them a chance to defend themselves on tv
