I was longingly watching a KFC advert earlier after weeks on a low fat gallstone friendly diet of mostly a few cheeky jaffa cakes to keep me going to lunch, a ham salad sandwich (lunch) and wafer thin chicken and tomato salad sandwich (tea)...oh for a KFC! Lost 11lbs since end of Sept though :) Still though...KFC....mmmm....
I've had a terrible appetite lately (lost weight without intending too and have started to look scrawny) - so far today I have had a bacon sandwich, two hot dogs (with proper sausages), half a family bag of Minstrels, two thirds of a packet of shortbread and I am now nibbling some cheese nibble things (not healthy but I am hoping to put some weight back on)
