Another Un School In Gaza Hit By Israel

I know we have discussed this before but how many more totally innocent children are going to be killed in Gaza before Israel has avenged those 3 schoolboys that were abducted and murdered ?

The scenes contained in the above link are some of the most upsetting I have ever seen from a war zone. When will both sides realise that nothing is being achieved here, whatsoever ?

I don't think they're going to stop until they occupy Gaza. I think that's their intention and I think they will achieve it.

And what would that achieve naomi ? Occupying another country and peoples, that will keep the Israelis permanently engaged in guerilla warfare ?

I realise that these are extremely difficult questions to answer but this BBC report, together with John Snows Ch 4 one the other day, are simply too dreadful to watch.

Instead of blaming Putin for shooting down that plane, why are they not taking sanctions against Israel when there is concrete evidence that they are carrying out these attacks, not just speculation?

Mikey, it's no good saying 'When will both sides realise that nothing is being achieved here?' Neither is viewing this rationally from an objective position. The simple fact is that each would be happier if the other didn't exist.

Naomi...I know that this problem is intractable but when Israel have done this before, they have eventually stopped and this is what the UN and others need to do now. As you know, I am no fan of HAMAS either but this current series of atrocities and war crimes are very much largely of Israels doing. Their actions haven't been anywhere near "proportional"

If it is true that sometimes when a child is ill-treated the child grows to be a bully, could the same be said for Israelis in that the way they were treated by the Nazis has somehow infected them & they are now the world's bully boys ?

All those little boys that Israel haven't managed to kill in Gaza are set to become terrorists and HAMAS fighters in a few years time, and so it goes on and on.
