Why not a life-time ban?

I read that a woman who let a pregnant mare starve to death, received a 5 year ban on keeping horses.

Why don't people who do this get a life-time ban?

bECAUSE WE DONT VALUE ANIMALS AS MUCH AS PEOPLE.

Thats a fact wether you like it or not.

Abroad theyd have eaten it.

Even here folk can be cruel to food with very little comeback.

i think she should be banned , fined and imprisoned but unfortunatly the law doesnt view it that way. horses are so beautiful and graceful it is terrible she got away so easy it is not enough of a deterrent.
