It certainly is. But it's rough mixes and definitely unmastered. Aparently. Having heard it I reckon it's pretty finished, but what do I know? It's good stuff though. Sounds a bit like Kid A and Amnesiac in style, but with songs and melodies. Almost like the transitional phase from OK Computer to Kid A might had sounded if there was one.
