Your a northern Lass arn't you. Well i wonder if you could possibly answer a question for me, from 1973 until 1978 i used to go to Wigan Casino I have heard that they have reunions in that shopping mall where the casino used to be before it burned down. Well do you know if they do have the reunions there.

i worked in that mall up to 8 weeks ago, there is an exhibition on the mezenane (sp) of the history of the casino, but the actual reunions take place in various venues around the town. Though there was a special one at the new grand Arcade mall about 12 months ago. If you go to the wigan world website, there are all the details. did you know that the Beatles played the casino long before Russ Winstanley and Jimmy Ruffin?

Thanks for that Dot, I would love to attend one of the reunions, it would be great to see some of the old faces. wonder if Russ still spins the discs at them.
