Well that is a picture of a 15year old girl and if at the age of Adam Johnson, i might find difficulty in "not making a pass".

Indeed - a thought - but it bypasses the evidence, and the evidence repeated on this thread.

It doesn't matter if this girl looked like Venus come down to earth, she was fifteen years old! She was just past her fifteenth birthday, and she told Johnson that when they met.

What is the difficulty in accepting that this man groomed and assaulted a vulnerable child, and that her appearance is neither an excuse, or a relevance?

Not wishing to put words in Sqad's mouth but there may be folk out there that perceive that Johnson could not receive a fair trial because the victim was not present in court and therefore cross examination cannot be effective enough. For example, can body language be fully evaluated by video link/behind a screen etc? Personally, I would reject any notion that this would be to his detriment.

I think you have a point - but as we have agreed, the appearance of the victim is not an issue, and curiosity about just how attractive or alluring she may be is rally not appropriate.

I am not suggesting that that is Sqad's motive in his curiosity - but he attachment of an image of an underage girl, and his comment that he would ' ... find difficulty in not making a pass ...' infers that his mind is operating in that area.
