I think she behaved extremely badly but if had been the testosterone fuelled rant of a bloke he would not have been punished in the same way. Men do not like women displaying archetypally male traits including being angry and violent and they react disproportionately to it.

I've been wondering the same thing Tora. Since Christmas I've had a few road rage incidents and without exception they have been by women.
I believe it's because although women now allegedly have equal rights, they are wives, mums, housekeepers trying to keep down a job to pay the mortgage, and its just when anything goes wrong it's like 'light the blue touchpaper and stand back' as they are constantly wound up. Plus the pressures of social media to be 100% perfect in everything they do gives unattainable goals.

This Serena Williams fiasco is becoming akin to Hurricane Florence. It began as a minor, yet noticeable, disturbance and gradually increased in size, power, and ferocity. However, unlike Florence, Hurricane Serena is expanding by feeding upon the rising currents of clamorous misplaced outrage, indignation and foot-stomping tweets and what-not spewed forth by social-media muppets. Even though I did post on this thread, why attitude is...Frankly, Serena, I don't give a damn!.
Tora posts an illogical and unanswerable question supported by 2 completely unrelated instances. Sheesh.
Meanwhile, on other social media platforms, people were asking other such Earth shattering questions as:
Why are some chickens brown?
Why are some overcoats made of wool?
Why are some cars bigger than others?
The government have apparently reassured people that top boffins are working 24/7 to solve these crucial issues.
