we all know what will happen once she arrives, raft of legal aide
free housing benefits etc, she wanted all western society to fall under islam and still does, why should she get a free ride at the tax payers expense, making people stateless law...dump it, nation security comes first, and not her rights, she should ask for asylum in an islamic country, her preference is islam! and not the decadent west she thinks is full of wh@res and unbelievers.

Pretty sure we know that will NOT be the case at all.
"The government has a whole host of options available to it in scenarios like this, and taking away a person's citizenship is the most draconian among them. Its own counter-terror strategy, published in 2018, sets out that "individuals who have travelled to the conflict zone must expect to be investigated by the police to determine if they have committed criminal offences". As many have pointed out, page 50 includes a case study illustrating what actions the government might take in dealing with a young British mother attempting to return from ISIS territory. It contemplates managed return, criminal investigation and safeguarding action for the hypothetical woman’s child – not permanent exile."

"hy should she get a free ride at the tax payers expense"
Because she, and me, and you are entitled to human rights. Regardless what we've done. We also have the right to a fair trial.
People who aren't taking this as a morel dilemma, i can assure you, probably have a extreme case of double standards.

Oddly, she believes in treason, so she should understand the feeling against her;

ladybirder, her father was or still is, a hard core sharia supporter and islam for the uk, but guess what..now the spot lights on him, he's gone all quiet, so much for us-his hosts, who gave him mmm freebies and health care..but who would blow us to smithereens if isis had the upper hand and brought europe to it's knees, he still lives here on benefits...but don't they all, id round them all up, deport leave id give a choice, they would not give us... or treason hangem all.
fiction-factory, let's be realistic, she would get a slap on the wrists
in a legal sense and be let back into society, personally i think it would be better to send a signal, you are not welcome back, she maybe a minor sprat in all things isis, i think we should harden up, and not give succour to all isis returnees, it's like all the murders and mayhem they and there supporters have committed, are insignificant and that the law must triumph, the laws as i see them
are out of date.

Khandro, idf should be applauded and not denigrated, i think labour either want to be muslims or they are thinking of converting, or just wants there votes, probably the latter...oh we stick by the down trodden...the voiceless, muslims seem pretty vocal to me, infact to vocal..in there hosts country, remember they are muslims first.
There has been no problem in stripping others of their citizenship, another one wants to return, and yet another, "Jihadi Jack" says he misses his mothers cooking! These stories really tear at my heartstrings

'At last, having kept pretty shtum about it for the past few years, the virtue-signalling set has mustered up some sympathy for women caught up in the horrific Isis vortex.
Unfortunately, though, their sympathy isn’t for the Yazidi women who were burned alive after refusing to become sex slaves for Isis jihadists. Or the Kurdish women who found themselves living under the brutal misogynistic yoke of the Isis empire. Or the Syrian and Iraqi women whose husbands and sons were beheaded for adhering to the wrong branch of Islam. No, their sympathy is for a woman who supported the movement that did all those things. Who provided moral succour to the Isis barbarians. Who rejected her nation, her community and her family to throw her lot in with the Islamist death cult that gleefully slaughtered women and girls, including here in the UK.'
Shamima Begum's defenders should be ashamed of themselves,
