Yes, very good question about mental health from a member of public.
A caller on This Morning yesterday was so distraught and in tears saying how lonely she felt. Her husband passed away recently and she was in total isolation and couldn't see her grandchildren. They spoke to her further afterwards. Thousands will be in the same predicament and need emotional support and not just those with diagnosed mental health issues.

There are serious and growing issues about why society cannot sustain this lockdown much longer.
The government has the difficult balancing act of maintaining the growth in infections and deaths, against the short and long-term damages being inflicted on society as a result of their successful lockdown.
I predict that the government will be looking at significant easing strategies within safe boundaries, to take some of the heat off the most serious impacts which are affecting everyone so badly.

Could we be furnished with a list of journalists deemed suitable for questioning our lords and masters?
It would save those of us without a towering intellect and deep insight from wasting our time listening or reading the stuff put out by these serial losers.
Let's organise a petition to get Tora on the fourth plinth.

"Could we be furnished with a list of journalists deemed suitable for questioning our lords and masters? " - no they don't exist, they cannot divorce their desire to trip up a politician from the actual enquiry. Journalism has reached a stage where they have forgotten their purpose and focus only on themselves. Let the public do it they do a better job.

Journalism is missing the "mood" in this great country of ours - the United Kingdom. We do not want or need blame. We do not want constant criticism of our Government who are doing their very best in a very difficult and unprecedented global emergency.
We want and need a constructive contribution to the national effort to help us out of this crisis. We need hope, optimism and faith, with less negativity and more positive support from these journalists. It is time you all changed your negative and political rhetoric for the health of this nation and start supporting our Government.

What about Boris's major gaffe when answering the first question from the public? The lady from Cornwall was concerned about visitors to the area bringing Covid to Cornwall whereas Boris answered as if she was worried about the tourist industry going down the pan. Schoolboy error if ever there was one - answer the question asked, not the one you would have preferred to be asked. Typical.
