Dominic Cummings is a good candidate fora good Xmas joke but a dont think this is it. Did he drive home for Christmas (apart from leaving his Downing Street job last month). Maybe something about castles or eyesight ('I can see clearly now' or 'there are more questions than answers'- both Jonny Nash)
