Well I happen to think the catholic church is one evil organization, with a history of using fear and intimidation to get its own way, so he will be at home there.

When Galileo planned to publish a book saying the earth went round the sun the catholic church threatended to arrest him as it would reduce their power.

He was eventually put under house arrest when he agreed to not publish the book.

That sort of behaviour to hold back the discovery of scientific matters is a scandal.

On a happier note, Galileo's excommunication by the Catholic Church was even-more-recently repealed, ending his eternity of pain and torment to a meager 350 years or so.

Let me be quite clear, I'd have loved to hear his confession and no matter how many times he changes his religion , he'll still roast in hell. Interestingly though, several members of the crews who dropped the bombs on Japan in WW2 became Roman Catholics.

I beleive it is also true that in the early 80's they finally accepted that Galileo was right! With that level of self delusion Blair should be right at home!

the catholic church in itself has always been a a sinister & manipulative organisation which has embraced people with similiar characteristics, as is the c of e, & every other invented f------religion.
If it wasn`t for the brain washing mythical tool of religion the world would be rid of a lot of societies ills
