It's not only some posters on here that are accused of homophobic jibes.
But in this case it was a perfectly innocent jibe about openly gay 'Strictly Come Dancing' judge,Revel Horwood's upcoming role, promoting British Sausage Week, which is launched on November 1.
Some people eh?

Obviously Mr Horwood knew what Mr Daniels was referring to, so that's all that matters, not what bigoted, individuals with no sense of humour, think in their own twisted minds think.

I just cannot believe some of you, or how your minds work.
I watched that particular episode of 'Strictly Come Dancing', and Paul Daniel's remark went completely over my head, in fact I didn't notice anything offensive in it, I thought it was a strange thing to say, but to attach it to Revel Horwood's sexuality I just didn't do, in fact I did not even know he was gay, rather 'Camp' yes, but 'Gay' no.
Added to the fact that I would not have associated 'tasting sausages' with homosexuality, it was all a none event to me until I read the press report, that he was to head the promotion of British sausages, and then I could see the point in the remark.
But apparently there are many on here along with those that complained to the BBC, that wish to think the worst and to blow this affair up out of all proportion, and these are the ones who criticise newspapers such as the Daily Mail for doing likewise.
What is that old saying "evil to him who evil thinks"?

True jno - like I said, innapropriate for a family show, and also not funny - even if had been post watershed.
I'm sure Craig will get over it though. He's gets well paid for playing the pantomime villain part on the panel. He can't really complain - which to be fair, he hasn't.
Julian Clary's come back to him was much better (a few years back) - he called him a silly old queen and said he had too much foundation on. That's a classy retort, whereas Daniels one was crass.

But AOG you know how all the hand wringing pinko liberals, particularly on this site, like to take offence on behalf of someone else, even when that someone else does not want them too.
These people should keep their noses out, live and let live, and stop looking for excuses for chastising others.
I stronlgy suspect most of them have some sort of inadequacy.
