Colon Cleanse Tablets

Has anyone used these before and did they help? Have tried alsorts to help me be more regular, the latest being aloe Vera gel which helped at first but now seems to have worn off! I spotted that H&B sell colon cleanse tablets which I'm assuming aren't too harsh as you take one a day. Just wondered if they were worth a try or not?...

I find Fybogel very effective.

I have. Can't recall the name as I got them from Amazon. Wasn't that impressed to be honest. Now take a combo of senekot and stool softener...pretty regular. If I want a clear out urgently I'll use a bum bomb that works within the hour.

the best of clearing bum - is bran flakes - ie pure pure bran - fantastasticabilakiclo.

Can't stand the taste of either Fybogel or bran flakes! Although I suffer from IBS, I try and do everything right - plenty of water, plenty of fruit and veg etc - but sometimes just get clogged up for no apparent reason. It's like my bowels just get sluggish or something! Don't like taking extra fibre as it bloats me up too much!
