Can you imagine a Royal failing anything they attempt. The only failure to my memory was Prince Edward when he joined the marines but was booted out as unsuitable. Even Prince Charles gained a second class honours degree when many thought he did not have the entrance qualifications to go to Cambridge.
From what I've heard, Harry is a very competent and capable soldier who has gained plenty of respect from those around him. No reason why he shouldn't pass the course.
