With BOO and ummmm on this. Mornings are my worst time of day. A cup of tea in bed and then 1/2 alone in silence in bed and then 1hr downstairs drinking more tea in silence, and then some toast and more tea and about 10.00ish or even later I begin to feel human and can manage to be civil. But only just!!
