A bottle of red....a lovely companion and sitting together on the patio in the evening watching three hedgehogs...one slightly doolally.....a frog playing in dried leaves and the space station above........bliss...... :-)

A lovely bike ride home in the warm night air - 15 minutes of gentle (electrically assisted) bliss - and then a final mojito in my own garden listening to the wind in the trees.

I put out melon pieces yesterday for the birds, but hedgy was interested in it overnight, and he is again tonight.

Birds weren't interested in the melon!

So nice not having hundreds of cars going past our house everyday ....now we have settled in loads of places to see and visit happy days xx

This year he was away for longer - normally he would disapear for a couple of weeks, this year over late May til this week I would only get 1 or 2 visits per week.

Sales of Aldi dog food now increasing again!

These have just arrived from nowhere, Tuvok.....one large...a medium sized one who seems confused all the time and a baby who is really exploring the garden.....I've made a feeding station and will make a hog home this week.....bought lots of hedgehog food...x

Nothing, Jo...had them all the time in my last garden but nothing since I moved here six years ago and suddenly they arrived....I do have a fairly hedgehog friendly garden......gaps beneath the fences and lots of log piles and secret bits so maybe they will stay...putting down lots of hog food now...and water...x
