Is there a single word for the phrase/ability of being 'good in a crisis'?

I guess "Dependable" could cover it

Dependable: it's only in a crisis that they are dependable they are not necessarily dependable in daily life away from crisis.
How about "solid" I heard it used to descibe a dependable/loyal person and use it myself in conversation...though might choose dependable in written form.

The Civil Service tend to use 'sound'.  not being sound is career limiting
What about 'man'? Just kidding ladies!
