There are a lot of companies within the uk that hire people to bring these vehicles to dealerships in england, scotland, northern ireland and wales. Probably not much help but i think all you need is a clean driving licence and a licence with the correct type of vehicle on it to drive.
All trade plate driving means is that you are driving a vehicle that has not been taxed/registered to go out on the open road yet or that it carries a tachograph
