I went for a meal with work on Friday and the restaurant had a Christmas tree up!

Went to a large garden centre near us yesterday and they had their huge Christmas area/greenhouses open, with decorations, christmas trees and lights on and carols playing really loudly (Joy to the World the Lord has come!) and a big model of Santa at the door - I said "ugh, I'm NOT going in there!" I was still buying Summer perennial plants at the time! WAY TOO EARLY!!!!!!

Passed the Gala Maybury Casino (Edinburgh) last week, which has lighted trees all around doors.
9 year old granddaughter asked why they didn't have Hallowe'en lanterns.
