HELP MY SHIRT'S STUCK

I jsut went to get dressed and now ym shirt is stuck and i need toget it off quick before my mum gets back and laughs.

My muscles must have grown since i last wore it and because of the way i flexed toget it on it would go on but because i must have to slightly tense to take it off, it won't come off. Is there a way of getting it off myself!

if there was one question you could ask the ed what would it be?

pu it has short sleeves so is hard to grab them to pull down on.
