Radio controlled means it adjusts itself when the clocks change.

Battery operated clocks at argos jj...not sure if you need a 'damp-proof' one for the bathroom  😂

https://www.argos.co.uk/sd/battery-wall-clocks/

All my clocks are radio-controlled (and many of my watches!). They are battery-operated and set themselves to the right time and are always exactly accurate. You never need to do anything to them other than change a battery (many last several years between batteries).

We have a couple of battery wall clocks. They run for ages with a single AA battery, but we do have to manually adjust them twice a year when the clocks go back/forward. All these sort of clocks use the same mechanism, so if you buy a more expensive one all you're really paying for is an attractive appearance. (I am referring to clocks starting from about five or six quid upwards).

You shouldn't go for a mains power-supply clock unless money is no object, as you'd need an electrician to do the wiring and it might not even be allowed in a bathroom.

A battery won't hurt you.

..oh, if it's going in the bathroom, get one that is meant for use there. They are sealed against moisture ingress to prevent problems.

Brings new meaning to bathtime.

thanks all for your answers

You probably need to put a new battery in the clock.

But no one asks why you need a clock in the bathroom - strange...

Clocks that are automatically synchronized to a time code transmitted by a radio transmitter, will need to be sited carefully to ensure they get the radio signal. The one in my kitchen always needs intervention when changing between GMT and BST. The others elsewhere in the house are ok.

Why wouldn't one want to know the time when in the bathroom ?

@13.04. The really strange thing is that one would think it strange to have a clock in the bathroom. We have one.

I am going to ask why you would need a clock in a bathroom
