How sad that the service to commemorate the victims of the Maamchester Arena atrocity, still failed to call out the true cause of this evil.
The Quran.
We learn nothing.
We refuse to stand up strong, and prefer to sing songs about coming together.
The youngest victim, Saffi Roussos, 8, lives on in my heart as a representative of all of the victims, and I think we betray their memories by continuing to deny the evil truth staring us in the face.
Don't look back in anger? I do, and I hope many others will too.

Why wasn't there this enormous groundswell of hatred for the Roman Catholic religion after what the extremist Catholic IRA were up to in the Seventies ? Their death-count in this country was far higher, and included several significant figures (e.g. Airey Neave, Earl Mountbatten) plus the Brighton attempt on the Prime Minister. But anti-Catholic fever just didn't appear in England. Nor anti-Irish for that matter.


We are now however increasingly becoming a nation addicted to Hate.

Clearly they are, otherwise every Muslim worth his or her copy of the Koran would be out there murdering non-Muslims at a rate of knots, until there were none left.

That is clearly not happening, because the majority of Muslims do not take the violence in their religious text and use it as a peg to hang murderous actions on - because the majority of Muslims are not murderers.

Just the twisters who have always been and will always be a tiny minority, and the evidence backs that up.

I found examples of several demonstrations organised last year alone, across Europe. Maybe you missed them, maybe they didn't get wide enough coverage, maybe it's important for some people's agendas to ignore them. Whatever. They happen.
