Confused!!!

An applications package runs correctly on machine A, but the same package does not operate correctly on machine B, could u please make a list of basic computer system configuration information you would like to know to further diagnose this problem?

I took the trouble to answer your first question, but looking at the 2 subsequent questions, it looks to me as if you are trying to get us to pass your exams for you. I don't think that will benefit anyone :-)
