Advice on MSI Laptops

I have seen a laptop manufactured by MSI . I have never heard of them , are they any good and what are their laptops like as i have seen one new for a very good price.

Micro-Star International has been around for a quarter of a century. The company is based in Taiwan and is one of the world's three biggest manufacturers of motherboards and videocards. (So you might not have heard of MSI but you've almost certainly used one or more computers with MSI components inside them).

Thanks for answer argos have a 17 inch msi for £399 which seems very good value for money.
