Does anyone else get totally racked off with their broadband going off every few minutes ???
If so, how did they get it solved ?

Jillius - no need to ever miss out an a last second bid on ebay - use an automatic snipe tool like this one:

Interesting reading guys, I have been trying to fix an intermittent connection problem for a friend of mine for 2 weeks now. Phoned BT helpline & got the run around & after asking the not so tech help person a few questions he couldnt answer they hung up on me. BT ( Bin Them ).
