Just watching the Gay children topic on C5+1. (got the end earlier) A member of the panel says it IS NOT connected to genes. I swear i saw a prog years ago, with John Barrowman determined to prove it WAS in genes, and he was so happy (u could say cocky) at end when results said it really is in genes. I think he made prog in US, but could be wrong. Any one know? was it an OPINION not fact, or is Wright stuff bloke wrong? Thanks

I suspect no one knows all the details yet. Personally I suspect both nature & nurture play a part.

Given that same sex activity is seen in most (all?) mammals, i don't see how nurture can play a part. Nurture may suppress behaviours but it wont change essential qualities.....like being left handed.
