will try porridge with water! two litres of water a day would probably help too, that can be my new years resolution.

Add a few flavourings to your porridge, cinnamon etc or whatever you fancy, and the more watery you make it, the longer it lasts!

And while you are feasting, spare a thought for R & S which has dried up a bit. We need a nice juicy qustion to start a decent debate for the new year. Only a trickle so far, and we need a flood. So put your thinking cap on. Please.
