Weather Channel

Why don't we have a dedicated Weather Channel on Sky.
Hugely popular in other countries, and cheap to make, you would think they would also be popular with certain advertisers. A regular mix of national, local and European weather updates could be interspersed with weather related programmes.
We seem to have so many channels of minority interest when surely a weather channel would be watched, however fleetingly, by the masses.
