I haven't read it yet but have received mail from my doctors re diabetes diet or whatever the sheet is - just going down now to read my mail.

I like them, but they are very sweet. Remember to keep Maxie away from it - chocolate and dogs are a bad mix.

I lost four stone on a low GI diet a few years ago. I am too tired to explain the diet but Dr Google will tell you about it. It is suitable for diabetics.

Alas I have put a bit of weight on when my life hit a rough patch. I am still in the rough.

My boy cat Frankie is telling me that it's bedtime (8pm !!!) and he sitting on the pillows glaring at me.

thanks wolfie - must look up on google - cos I did get a letter re diabetes diet from doctor this morning. haven't scrutinised it - cos I don't think I want to go there - oh no - chocolate is poison for a dog. that I do know. night wolfie
