Rain all over the world - when is it going to go away.

"They" say that all the rain and flooding in England is because of El Nino. I don't really understand that as you are a long, long way from the Pacific Ocean. We are getting lots of rain too for this time of the year, But it's better than a dumping of snow:)

In Ireland we are báisteach and it's some Báisteach falling now - we're swimming in the báisteaching stuff, can't wait to see back of it

Er, what rain?

We've hardly seen a drop here. There were more people sitting outside Costa in Stowmarket today, enjoying the lovely weather, than there were inside.

lucky you buenchico ;} I can't remember last day we had no rain, we have boats going up the main street, sandbags everywhere and the main dam not too far away letting off more water from the shannon river

I like the rain ,it's the wind that the problem .why does it fall like it does ,some scientist will say it's the heat dry up the rain and it going up into the atmosphere .,I don't believe .I will be coming back shortly with the real reason for it

Thanks gness, we've had a bad few days, not looking any better, rain just as bad as ever, damp and cold all over, be a long time before we get over this one

I think it will be, Ean....we were looking at the floods in Kenmare where we spend a lot of time.....then realised how bad it was all over.....take care...x

Thank you gness, I know parts of England had it tough too, I usually dislike the snow, I get snowblind with it and fear slipping, never seen anything like this before.
