Phone Shop Idol

Too lazy to change channels at end of the Marigold Hotel and was confronted with 'Phone Shop Idol'. What a load of *@x%$# ... in my opinion. Is anyone else suffering, sorry, watching it? If so, what is your opinion?
It would appear to be the ideal programme for anyone workng in a phone shop, for anyone else, forget it!
