Frugalfred, yes I am using Kaspersky, but I had to wait for the expert help of my resident computer technician (wife) to get anything done about it. She seems to have fixed it by using information provided by Pinkyboyid in another thread. Mind you, I can't be absolutely certain until I see what happens when I submit THIS response! Fingers crossed!
