Wish I could join in. OH is 'down' on barbies - once got poorly with undercooked chicken.. I LOVE barbies - one of those 'slight' adjustments one makes on marriage. OP Kangaroo is very low fat and the Aussies love their barbies..... \:)

I like a good BBQ.

I'd use any meat that can be served up rare. Just cut all the fat off.
