Mashed Bananas

Does anyone have a nice recipe to use mashed bananas, a part from Banana Loaf ? I had some very ripe ones and have mashed the up with a bit of lemon juice, now I don't know what to do with them.

Bananas are the food of the devil, Samuraisan! Lady J will agree too. I've been highly allergic to them and one bite would see me in hossie. Even the smell gets me but that is psychosomatic, the warning system and all that.....it's an enzyme called Chimatase that does it.....

I would stick them in American pancake batter. Another brekkie option.

Try freezing them, frozen bananas are supposed to turn out like banana ice cream I believe, never done it myself.

Oh I like the pancake idea. My GD will live that. I will invite her to breakfast tomorrow.

Caribbean Frenzy ice cream. I tin of coconut milk, 3 mashed bananas, juice and zest of 3 limes and sugar to taste. Mix well and freeze.
