I ordered a few items of clothing in Sains and it went to basket. I then asked to checkout and it disappeared. Twice this happened.

Now I can't find where the list is or if it is paid for - where can I look.

Will know when said items arrive tho.

If you've successfully placed an online order for Sainsbury's Tu clothing you should have received an email to confirm it. Have you?

If the order hasn't gone in - it is annoying as one has to find the right garment and right size.

If you got to Checkout and it didn't ask for your card details or confirm which card you have stored on your account to use I think it's highly unlikely that you've actually bought any of it.

I thought that too Prudie - but what did happen - never got to the card stage. Took order and vamoosed.

Doesn't your browser have a history option where you can see which goods you viewed ?
